My name is Ruth, and I am an artist who specializes in mixed media and 'process' art. My art is a reflection of my own journey to becoming an artist. I was diagnosed fairly recently with ADHD which has given me a desire to inspire others through process art, as I believe that everyone can benefit from a little creativity in life!
